When can the animal receive a pulse?

The collar does not deliver a pulse until the animal (with a collar assigned) is added to a fence in the app.

This only happens when:

  1. The animal with a collar has been assigned to a fence in the app
  2. The animal is inside the fenced area
  3. The animal tries to move outside the boundary

Animals will not receive sound or pulses when entering a virtual fence.
Signals are only given when an animal is inside the area and attempts to leave it.

It requires double contact points to get a shock from the collar. This means that in order to receive a shock, both electrodes must be touched simultaneously.
